Production
Custom design & production is my forte. I enjoy offering an input to design and manufacture techniques to provide either the strongest or most cost effective solutions. I can mill & turn aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass etc, and tig, mig and arc weld most metals. We have a large workshop with machinery for most jobs including sheet metal work. Some regularly made items can be found on the next page including Land Rover suspension lift kits.
Blown V8 mx5
The last finished "production" was the supercharged V8 mx5. It is fully legal and on the road and excellent to drive. It features a 4l Rover V8 with a 4-71 blower, Cosworth running gear and LSD and retains the original double wishbone suspension all round, upsized brake discs all round and plenty of other mods! Rally Spec Classic Mini
Currently in production, this mini is breaking away from some of the usual ideas, stripped right back to a bare shell, full welded in roll cage, trailing rear axle on adjustable links replace the traditional subframe and radius arms, powered by a tuned bored A series with mapable ignition and Weber carburated.

V12 Bike
The V12 bike is still in production, featuring a Jaguar 5.3l V12, custom frame, custom single ratio gearbox, and not much else- it has the looks to scare the pants off anyone! It's power to weight ratio of 900bhp per tonne leaves potential performance to the imagination.
Rover V8
My knowledge of these particular engines has dramatically changed the way I see them work, and what modifications work best for different needs and demands. As well as basic engine building, I can modify parts for higher performance applications, for example the siamese plenum looks fantastic on a neat engine, especially when plumbed into twin turbos, and the twin plenum simply increases the airflow for more power up the rev range.
